ANDI/UTOP is rock solid. No doubt, we would all like the TA to not be gagged, but in reality, 99% are gagged in the OTC. That is a fact! It is what it is. I will agree, the CEO did say they want to be more transparent but never said when. Most folks feel the TA will eventually not be gagged. When, think about this, the company did say they were working on some sort of share reduction, maybe they have been buying shares back all along, hence the reason the TA remains gagged. That would make sense. So, folks need to remain patient and give the Company a chance since their word has been golden up to now! Big things coming! Go ANDI/UTOP and GLTA!
