They were likely referring to this Exhibit from the May 23, 2016 8-K detailing the Promissory Note that Pixel Holdings recieved as partial payment from Solaris for Pixelmags. Near the end it says...

The undersigned hereby irrevocably elects to convert $__________of the the principal amount of the above Note into shares of Common Stock of Pocket Games, Inc. according to the conditions hereof, as of the date written below.

Personally, I think it was an editorial oversight and was meant to say "shares of Solaris Power Cells", but who knows?
