He'll need to Photoshop some fake documents first, then place them far enough away to prevent shareholders from being able to read the details.

Maybe DVG will tweet a picture of the supporting merger documents next to a newspaper.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
