I have read the PKTX 10-Q from front to back and it is strictly a report of the financial condition of the company including all the required risk that investors are taking when investing in PKTX. There is no mention regarding the status of trials for AAGP or what is planned for the future.

Without information on PKTX's business plans, inventors must look at PKTX's management. The 10-K as issued on March 9th, 2018, shows in 2016, there were private placements for $850,000 at a price of $0.04, for a total of 21,250,000 new shares issued. In 2017, an additional $590,000 in private placements were issued. The first 2017 placement was for 8,000,000 shares at $0.04 per share. The seconded and third private placements were for a total of 5,400,000 shares at a price of $0.05 per share.

The current price that retail investors pay on the open market is $0.05 per share. PKTX is making private placements at the going market rate, rather than at a discounted price per share, indicating that the investor is 100% behind current management and that is good enough for me.

I will be waiting for PKTX management to issue press releases announcing the reviews of current AAGP projects.

Just my conclusion of my review of the current 10-Q. I look forward to all other investor's comments on the PKTX 10-Q.
