I have known Henry for 20 years or so. He has changed and gave to me a long explanation of why he failed in the past and why things have changed in the present. Market condition changes has been a big factor in recent times. I am willing to give him one more chance to reprieve himself. He understands that so I am giving him the benefit of any doubts.
