I would say this may be so, but there is a problem with this theory. Your timing or timeline is way off. Physicians are just finishing up with patients and providing data, which needs to be entered into a medical record 'database'.

(A long timely process)
The medical record for each patient, has to be entered containing patient history and lab results etc. Lab instrument's are usually automated and can transmit the results to the patients record. But the patients are dispersed throughout different countries. So in this case some manual entry will most likely be required, this is a time consuming process overall. So the questions is can anyone tie the pieces together yet? Not likely...

My guess the stock price is down do to the market and other factors. Not to mention the negative news about o3's of poorly designed o3 trials and meta-data queries (not trials). The problem with database query's they are like political poles, you can tweak them, to get the results you like.
