I would just like for them to actually complete something (besides a filing) before everyone starts praising them for being the best thing since sliced bread.

I am not pessimistic. I have stated several times that I like this plan better than all the others HRCT has had. I just don't engage in fantasies and start praising them before they have done anything.

Look at the volume, the chart, the people involved, the growing economy we are in, the need for the product, the backing of the government.

You have said that about every plan and CEO that HRCT has had....... and we know how all of those turned out.
