I think because these deals are rather complex and there's a difference between when something is agreed upon, and finally signed by all parties.

The MegaFarm was actually announced 3 or 4 months after it was "signed" or agreed upon. Yes, a material event. But for some reason it isn't final until it's final. It happens all the time. Lawyer stuff.
