To the extent that SIAF sells more shares a lower pps will increase dilution. Since Garrett has milions of shares increased dilution will affect him in a very negative way. Why does not he now take an initiative to change the terms of the deal when the pps has gone much lower than he expected if he is on our side? It does not make sense.
