Snow, I can't answer that. I only had one conversation with Garrett and I told you my impressions. He certainly seems to carry himself with a lot of integrity and he was spot on with his observations of the company and what they needed. This was coming from the perspective of someone that was in the stock for a long time and was looking at a means to capitalize with the rest of the shareholder base. For your information I have a background in Finance also so I understand Finance and Valuation and we were able to agree on many factors that would influence a better valuation for all.
Having said that he did get a sweet deal and and he did get a nice deal on origination fees, so bravo to him, I wish I had his money and his guts and was able to front Solomon in this manner. I hope he is modest when he says he has no influence (or maybe he needs to say this). I hope he really does have the influence because he is on OUR side, has a Western mentality towards valuation and is spot on, as I said with his observations on how to build value.
