Let's assume you are right about some folks converting for the seven week period you mentioned, which I totally disagree with, conversions are limited to I believe 9 Million shares per person in a 90 day period and the fees associated with it would not make it cost effective for someone to convert at these low share prices.

What??? Officers, directors, and affiliates can sell 1 percent of the o/s every 90% days. Apiece. Doesn't matter how many officers, directors, and affiliates there are.

That is the rule. Please don't just guess about this stuff.
