Missling had a chart in the presentation (p.51) that correlated response and dosage. He pointed out that it shows the effectiveness correlated with dosage, and very importantly, that you can have too much, which he said was proof of effectiveness that the FDA looks for.

Also from the Illumina study they know certain genomic markers of people who do not respond to 273. So those people will be excluded from the study.
