The guidelines were previously posted on this board. I would have to go through my saved post to find the post that addressed this. Anyways, this post mentions a few things about the Series-B conversions. Example: An individual is only allowed to convert so many shares in a 90-day period (I believe the max was 9 million shares every 90-days)and it talked about the fee's associated with it, etc..etc..
