Take a look at the guidelines associated with Series-B conversions. Only so many shares can be converted every 90-days and there are fee's associated with it. As you will see, there is absolutely no issue here other than pure speculation of what folks think could happen. Notice the maximum allowable convertible shares every 90-days is very low.
