Not nonsense. Fact. There is no purposeful NSS by any MM here. Never has this stock had any fails to deliver.
It helps to understand that only the first leg of a trade is recorded. This is why the entire OTC list, when examined, can show a very high percentage of trades marked short at all times. But just because a trade is marked short doesn't mean there wasn't a closing long trade made immediately or nearly so.
