No lawsuit as the promises made were not in the contracts. To their credit the company did adhere to the contracts for the $$ end of it. At least I haven't heard anything negative on that. The wind mills are there and operating. Any equipment used in the erection or transport left with the company. The damages done weren't anything really earth shattering and eventually nature will "fix" it in it's own way. But like I said the company didn't even try to do anything which they promised to do. In this little part of the world, your word is just as good as anything on a legal document and altho not enforceable in a court of law a broken promise destroys credibility and w/o that just leave and don't return. I don't know who made the rules but they do keep things on an even keel so to speak.
