Dilution dumping is not a good thing.

...An OTC stock is truly "over" when the volume completely dries up. ANDI volume is only GROWING..We are looking at 900,000,000 shares this week...or just shy of 1 BILLION traded. ...

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
