As for what the new company does - they are a holding company. They do not build widgets. They merge into and buy companies. In the case of Influential Media Holdings, Inc., companies with revenue opportunities unable to materialize due to capital needs. Understand this - the new company was only formed as a vehicle to finance other companies and bring them under the fold of the holding company. EEGI, that is the ticker you enter when you purchase stock, is a funded arrangement. The rest is pushing paper until it finally and definitively emerges. To me, I see all the recent files on OTC Markets, the activity in other venues, the lack of share selling, etc, etc. Them there are a lot of crackers left in a perfectly organized and undisguised trail . . .
