Gates , I agree, Dr Lebby has tons of experience in financing, he knows what LWLG's P2IC Platform has to offer, and I'm confident he knows the right timing to get the best possible deal whether through financing alternatives or investments by giant company partner(s) for Transceiver build or other ASIC projects, based on the news flow of progress I believe that time is extremely close at hand now, perhaps the LPC "tapping" is even being slowed or stopped at this time
