Financing from Toxic Funder Lincoln Park Capital is typically used by scam companies that are forced to use such a toxic funder because they have very little in terms of future business prospects...hence LWLG using LPC

because this is what scam companies do!

I wonder how much selling can be attributed to LPC today as they usually dump some on news the day or day after it comes out. They are an easy way out for a company to obtain funding but shareholders pay the price. They work on getting a percentage on their capital and make a good living off it. Management needs to jettison this garbage. Go out and raise funds with your contacts. Shareholders will be grateful.
