American Fire Retardant AFRR CEO who owned the preferred convertible - reversed the common, and did not reverse the preferred, and shorted the living heck out of the common stock.
or the biggest scam ever from 1999-2000, was ACCR - Access Power Inc, where they used convertible toxic death spiral funding, and broke US FEDERAL SECURITIEs LAWs by illegally shorting on down ticks because they did not TENDER the convertible bonds for conversion into common stock.
