You know this will never trade on the Nasdaq again... Using the backdoor Reg A filing to get on the Nasdaq, then to dump millions of $$s of shares into their Ziddu coin/blockchain pump. And by the way, they have done this with other companies already. Northgate and Stampede (still trading on Bombay exchange)
Not to mention there was already an SEC probe started On March 5, 2018 into Ziddu and the IPO ...
And the icing on the cake is the civil complaint and related asset freeze from selling $27+ million in restricted stock
So much wrogn with the company and the CEO it is hard to list..
CEO bought a masters degree from a Diploma mill and touted it on his profile till the Diploma mill was busted.
I could go on and one with some of the most blatantly obvious fraud i have ever seen...
