I see the ANDI did another amendment to their quarterly report for the period ending January 31, 2018. They finally disclosed Ian Brewster as the control person for Utopya Innovation Inc

I assume that up until this point the reason that Utopya wanted to hide Ian Brewster's involvement in Utopya is because of Brewster's role as the COO of Comet Come Inc (the failed smart phone start up that left hundreds of ripped off customers in its wake)

Ian Brewster was still listed as the COO of Comet Core Inc in late 2016

Like Utopya co-Founder Jason Steinberg, Ian Brewster left Comet Core Inc in early 2017.


It looks like Ian Brewster is the other Utopya co-Founder.

Like Jason Steinberg and Loudon Owen, Ian Brewster makes no mention of Comet Core Inc on his LinkedIn page

Are they scared the Comet Core Inc victims will track them down at Utopya to come after them for their money back for the phones they bought but never received?

Is that why Mike Starkweather was brought in as the CEO and Jason Steinberg and Ian Brewster were never named as Utopya officers until long after Utopya Innovations Inc acquired the dirty old ANDI shell?

Maybe Mike Starkweather is just a puppet CEO after all; fronting for Jason Steinberg and Ian Brewster so that they can keep their names out of the public eye because of Comet Core Inc.


Nobody knew who Jason Steinberg was until after the CES conference.

Nobody knew the name Ian Brewster until the articles of corporation for Utopya Innovations Worldwide Inc were filed in February.

As recently as March 19th the Utopya IR was still trying to keep Ian Brewster's name a secret

It wasn't until the Ian Brewster connection to Comet Core Inc was out of the bag thanks to some of my DD from last week that Utopya finally disclosed that Ian Brewster controls Utopya Innovations Inc.

Seriously. What kind of company intentionally hides its co-Founders and officers names? Talk about a red flag.


I guess I can understand why Utopya is trying so hard to sweep the Comet Core Inc disaster under the rug just like how Mike Starkweather tried to sweep his close friendship and business association to ANDI stock diluter Corbin Hardy under the rug

Utopya is obviously a company with a lot of skeletons in the closet that they were trying to keep hidden.

I wonder how many more skeletons will be found.
