yes David Bending helped with the set-up for ARSN by providing ARSN with some worthless mining claims for cheap to help the shell scheme go public

He goes way way back in the penny stock pump&dump world but more recently he provided claims for stock promotion tickers ARSN, HZNM, and IGEX

I have some old research on ARSN from before its stock promotion. I might go back and look at that. I remember I had it connected to some other shell schemes that later got used for paid promotion/pump&dump action.
