I haven't figured out the reason for the Yield myself. The Late notification was filed on day 44 I believe. Good, no? The Q itself was filed on day 50 I believe. Right at the limit, but Good, no? Lack of an Attorney Letter has been cited but I don't believe they are required for Q's, only Annuals. OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines

I'm certainly open to correction.

Getting changing stories from the IR doesn't do anything to inspire confidence, though.

There was an error on the side of the OTC Markets. We are in talks with them fixing the issue as we speak. The Q was filed on time. Nothing to be concerned about.

Per email from IR yesterday...

Regarding the Yield Sign, we are resubmitting paperwork today to correct an error in the previous filing. The Yield indication should come off within a day or two.

I can't imagine that updating a phone number and correcting one individual investor would remove the Yield, but hey I could be wrong.
