Interesting Utopya/Comet Core Connections

Here is the big question: What was the big disagreement that split up Comet Core and helped create Utopya?

Fact #1

So we know that Ian Brewster (Former Comet Core's Investor), Jason Steinberg (Former Comet Core's Sales and Marketing), Louden Owen (Former Comet Core's Lawyer) and Cycloidies (Former Comet Cores Tech Support) all were originally on the team working for Comet Core.

Fact #2

Prashant R Urs was the founder of Comet Core and linkedin connections with AR Anil (CEO of Cycloides). He really seemed to be very proud of having the first smartphone float (BUYOANT TECHNOLOGY) in water for Comet Core based on his interview at 2:50:

Fact #3

Matthias Sheikh was the president of Comet Core. From his linkedin profile, he said that," Since a disagreement with the Founder before the Summer of 2016, I have no role and no responsibility in Comet anymore."

https://www.linkedin.com/in/sheikhmende/

So what was the big disagreement?

Below are just my observations.

So what did Matthias Sheikh do after he left Comet Core? Check out his LinkedIn profile again. One of his now current positions is a crypto blockchain specialist.

Also, if you watch 2:31 on Comet Core's video, Ian Brewster mentions Comet Core's Q Lock, a new feature of military grade encryption.

Military grade? I thought Solarin was offering this type of feature to smartphones, but their phones are way too expensive with a price tag of $14,000. No average person can afford that.

Now let's move onto Louden Owen. He recently is DLT Lab’s Chair and CEO, and he recently tagged along with IBM’s Matthew Lucas and spoked at IBM Think 2018’s Breakout Session to discuss blockchain technology, in Las Vegas.

IBM Think event highlighted the latest in AI, Cloud, Data, Security, Systems, and Blockchain technologies under one roof, along with the much anticipated IBM Watson session.

If you look at the Louden's DLT website, they say that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect on May 25, 2018. GDPR will require businesses to take greater measures to protect the personal data of EU citizens. Using Distributed Ledger Technology, the distributed ledger platform is secure, immutable, easy to integrate, and most of all, fully GDPR compliant.

What an interesting coincidence, now let's take a look at Cycloides. They just posted an article regarding blockchain.

If you trace back to their accomplishment, check out Cycloides FB, on October 10, 2017,
Cycloides signs contract with Commissionaires - Canada's largest Security Group with 21,000 employees and 600+ million dollar revenue!!!

Also, check out Cycloïdes Inc. March 28, 2017, "
Whatsapp, Messenger, Allo, Telegram…What's next?
Cycloïdes Inc. wins a contract to build the most secure instant messaging app."

Now, let's move onto Jason Steinberg. If you see his LinkedIn page, he is a part of the LinkedIn "Blockchain Business Group". He seemed to have a very strong interest in blockchain tech and smartphones.

If you checked out Ilja Laurs LinkedIn profile, he has a track record of building nine-figure companies from scratch and multiple exits. Currently chairs Nextury Ventures and invests in multiple high-tech areas such as 3D printing, fin tech, sharing economy, mobile and smart sports.

Notice his Linkedin background, he just presented at a crypto, blockchain conference.

Before Mike Starkweather deleted his LinkedIn profile, I recalled his former posts in his interest in bitcoin and blockchain technology.

Here is my theory on what the big disagreement was between Comet Core's Founder Prashant R Urs, and former president of Comet Core, Matthias Mende. I think Prashant, the original inventor/founder, really pushed for Comet Core to be more known for as the 1st smartphone that can float in water (1st buoyant phone) because that was his primary idea. I think Matthias, Louden Owen, Ian Brewster, Jason Steinberg, disagreed in the process and thought the buoyant idea was not good and instead they wanted to create a smartphone to that should be known for having military-grade security encryption using blockchain/crypto technology that is made affordable for the masses. If you look at current tech trends, blockchain and AI is becoming huge.

I think the disagreements of how Comet Core's marketing and spec's is what led to the big disagreement. This is the one of the main reason why Utopya smartphones were formed. Jason Steinberg was Comet Core's marketing executive. He witnessed Ian Brewster, Mattias and Prashant argue about Prashant's 1st smartphone buoyant idea which was a bad idea and they should have pushed for a blockchain/cryptocurrency, high security, smartphone since that was becoming more popular. After Comet Core fell apart, Jason glued together Louden Owen, Ian Brewster and Cycloides because together, they had the same vision to create a highly secure military encrypted smartphone using blockchain/fin tech, that is affordable for the masses.

In light of growing concerns about data security, the Utopya software ecosystem is being designed for exceptional user privacy. The phones will boast an encryption-based email platform and a revolutionary type of messenger app, designed to ensure state-of-the-art data security for all Utopyans. Even more exciting, Utopya users will have access to a unique and highly-secure cloud storage service, which means they can rest assured that their photos, videos, and other private information will be kept safe from potential intruders.

Oh I should also mention...
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law will come into force on May 25.
How much of a coincidence is that Utopya phones will come out just in time by then? By the way, I will repeat the fact that Louden Owen DLT labs help companies satisfy the data protection mandate of the GDPR using their distributed ledger platform.

If you look at the DLT Lab website, they say that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect on May 25, 2018. GDPR will require businesses to take greater measures to protect the personal data of EU citizens. Using Distributed Ledger Technology, the distributed ledger platform is secure, immutable, easy to integrate, and most of all, fully GDPR compliant.

Did you know that 383.88 million people alone have smartphones in Europe as of 2017? https://www.gsma.com/mobileeconomy/europe/

That's just Europe….but we know that Utopya is WORLDWIDE and want to reach around the world as well:

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/visionary-smartphone-company-utopya-innovations-inc-announces-plans-to-take-the-world-by-storm-300571510.html

In emerging markets like the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and India, where smartphone ownership rates are still low but growing rapidly, consumers want access to high-quality smartphones without having to pay exorbitant pricing. Their selection is very limited, and that's where Utopya comes in."

This is why I'm a LONG term investor in Andi/UTOP, Folks! The opportunity here is HUGE!.
