UFID is an SEC reporting pink sheet stock that recently did a name and symbol change via a merger into their Nevada subsidiary.

There is nothing to indicate they qualify for a listing on a US exchange, they have no assets or employees.

At the moment the stock is illiquid and doesn’t trade....and apparently hasn’t for a few years.

You can only sell if someone is willing to buy, and that would be any bid that shows up on Monday.
