Hello,
Please Advise, Unifunds hold and control money as MLM ? Multi level marketing. It doesn’t disclose any info for IPO. It promised the investors to be in NYSE soon.

Recently, they announced joining OTC market and claiming it is a listed company. After my search, I found the meaning of OTC is unlisted companies.

I lost the trus. We don’t know who owns the company and where is it!

Now, can we sell our share stocks and how?

Can we claim our money and how?
