ANDI is a pink sheet company not an SEC filer. They don't have an SEC attorney.
They would need an OTC securities attorney though to file an an attorney letter to OTC markets to remove the yield sign.
If an attorney letter is filed to the OTC markets website to get the yield sign removed it will only be to vouch for information in the last quarterly report. It would not have any new information not included in the last quarterly report. That's not how OTC attorney letters work.
