OMG! Are you serious! Only a terminalogy! Get your facts straight..advisors are not board members and if they were then I would agree with you. Board members have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders as they represent the shareholders and as such, they are legally liable for wrong doings by management and they can be charged with a lawsuit. Advisors are none of that.. they do not represent shareholders and are not responsible for management wrong doings. There is no legal liability on their part as they are just advisors..they hold no offcial position. If you believe otherwise, then you are a disservice the board here. Imo
