Now here is what I love about this!!!! Louden Owen has been working on UTOPYA for over a year before he met Michael Starkweather This is his baby. If that were true the CEO would be pout in the streets by now. You are correct as UTOPYA is not diluting and it was dilution already set up by the former shell. That company is done and so is dilution.

People want to claim that the dilution that occurred after Utopya Innovations Inc acquired control of the ANDI shell on November 10, 2017 was the result of new management cleaning up the "old company" but Corbin Hardy being good friends and a long time business partner with the new CEO Mike Starkweather totally contradicts that statement.
