My guess is both of those lots are in management's crosshairs as targets for cancellation/retirement.
Loudon Owen, an accomplished lawyer & venture capitalist, is not going to allow management from the previous iterations of ANDI to hold such large % of UTOP....not gonna happen.
This is likely what Mike was referring to when he stated a few months ago he was "working on something" with regards to the share structure.
