Everything is better than okay in Utopya, a lot of excitement and pending developments that should be made public within the coming weeks. Some answers from our CTO to your previous questions:

3. Do you plan to allow the purchase of uTopya smartphones via cryptocurrency? We’re in the business of selling phones. If it makes sense for the company, we’ll do it.

4. Mike previously stated phones will be ready in Q3. Is this still on track? Perhaps even faster than expected? $100M in sales in 2Qs is doable but each day that passes decreases that chance significantly. The project has not experienced any major delays and is on target and unfolding as expected.

5. Can shareholders see the smartphone? We can help create more buzz in a single day than a startup can via social media. When will we get to see what it looks like, what it does, etc? Personally, I’m tired of Apple and paying exorbitant prices. What is the price point you plan to sell around? Is it still $200? The phones are completed and available for sale with the distributors. As stated the company is working on a few devices for global markets that will satisfy our target audiences. Investors can expect to start seeing our marketing roll out for the devices in Q2 with expected launch in Q3. We have not released any pricing details or specifications for the device yet.

8. What else can we (shareholders) do to help spread the news of uTopya?
Continue to spread the word to family and friends, retweet company tweets, get connected via other social media outlets, make us aware of fraudulent accounts made in our image, etc. We at Utopya greatly appreciate what U do for us, it is enthusiastic shareholders like U that drive us every day.

In regard to everything share structure and financial reporting, the legal team asks to be patient as they are still going through a lot of paperwork, but intend to have everything updated as soon as possible.

What we can tell U is that everything should be coming together and our business progress made more clear in the coming weeks. We don't think U will be disappointed!
