WOW, so glad Im here to explain what appears to be complicated issues for some investors.

Today's S1 was simply the continuation of a previously filed S1 which postponed the registration shares you see included today

However, all the shares being registered have conversion prices ranging from .0545 to .09 - far above ONCXs current share price

This might be a concern once ONCX shares reach 8, 9 or 10 cents with heavy volume. Nice problem to have
