Again, I think it is debt from the prior shell that Utopya inherited. I believe they won’t issue any toxic debt themselves to fund operations. The only question I have is how much of this legacy debt is left. Is it $100k or $700k or whatever. It would be easier to figure out how many shares we need to chew through. Either way I don’t think it will be a billion shares. It will be a hundred million or so on top of 2.7B. So to go to 2.8B is not a big deal
