That is the problem SFRX never finish's a permit area How long dose it take to do a survey and dig and ID
Wait I can answer this, 5 days for 3 square miles for survey and max of 30 days for dig and ID on/in the water.

And yes we have done this 14 times in the State of Florida and over 100 square miles off Shore Florida and several hundred square miles in the DR
