E-bike ICO is progressing well. Targeting pre-ICO next month. We’ve tested distribution plan with success in So Cal & getting interest from Europe. Rental app is developed & just needs tweaking. We have two types of bikes. One is pedal assist, the other has no pedals.

We’re making good progress on the wind farm transaction. We are now exchanging drafts of the purchase and sale agreement. The structure of the deal is set. We’re just working on the proper language and details.
