We do know for sure though that CMKX was naked shorted by the few fails to deliver that still exist and didn't get covered before the company asked to be revoked and the SEC then promptly obliged them with their request. : )
So somebody Naked Shorted CMKX, it's now just a matter of finding out who, plus how many different parties Naked Shorted it and at what times during it's existence did it have the largest Naked Short position within the stock.
