So far the NASD hasnt brought ANY charges against Urban.

The NASD has no jurisdiction over Urbie, or, for that matter, over Edwards. They can only take action against NevWest.

But I'm sure there's much more to come.

Thas is a fact, and all else is your speculation.

Although I've been speculating about kickbacks for a long time--why did Ginger Gutierrez and James Kinney get stock worth such a LOT of money?--it was Frizzy who claimed that Edwards was kicking back to Urbie. He said he had "evidence" of that.
