the patient was taking 1500mg when the trial was stopped. Now dosing at 250mg once a day so huge difference in dosage for ATB-346 and versus standard dosage of 500mg twice a day for naproxen.

Next phase II is going to test dosing so maybe they will up dosage for phase III.
