Storage tanks and terminals... posted the exact statement from the DKL CC on the DKL board. Refinery stays with DK and the other's they already have. So the big cash flow does not go to logistics MLP, plus they just created another logistics LLC DKGP with a third party. So they are subtracting similar assets to go to the new partnership while in another new transaction creating another different LLC NLR Energy Logistics LLC which will remain a separate entity from DKGP as described above. ...with the same third party they are building an unloading terminal with.
