Hi, no they can dump in March: "...Under the Purchase Agreement, as entered into between the Company, Golden Gate, and two investors who jointly have had a pre-existing relationship with the Company...sum of $225,000.00...Series H Preferred Stock..."

"...Series H Preferred Shares are convertible into the Company’s Common Stock at a price that is equal to 70% of the three lowest closing prices of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten days immediately preceding the date..."

They also offer VOTING rights so they don't have to ask for r/s, increase authorized, whatever.

The Dilution was a major issue back then but if they are truly done with Golden conversion. I think this will be a great year for ACGX stock. They have legit business and revenue.
