This are annual reports that companies have to file to become or stay active on a SOS. They only contain some basic info, like adress, officers, etc.

The annual reports you are talking about are financial reports filed on OTCM. That's completely different and nobody knows when they will come. Sometimes they come within a few days after reinstatement, sometimes it will take months.
