Midnight blue stripes on a pumpkin. Hmmmm..... Gut reaction was "Yuck!", but the more I think about it the more I like it.

3.27 is probably ideal in that car, as light as it is. Might be a little hard getting any kind of grip with shorter gearing than that. At least it's not the miserable 2.73's we were using out west.

Just filled out the paperwork this afternoon for a 2003 Gold Wing in Illusion Blue. It should arrive tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning. Hope so. Have a track weekend coming up and I'll be leaving Thursday evening and would like to take the bike with me in the back of the truck and use it for commuting instead of the truck.

Assuming I get the car ready. Will replace the rear wheel bearings which, even if it doesn't solve the problem back there, will still let me use it at least sparingly. The car was performing fine last time out. It was just making noises I didn't like.
