Please correct me if I'm wrong:

--you decide to infringe and you fight the patent holder in federal court....
then if you lose:

--you try again at the CAFC
--if you lose again, you ask for a retrial at the CAFC
--if you lose again,you appeal to the CAFC en banc
--if you lose again,you appeal to the PATB
--if you lose again, you appeal to SCOTUS and finally to the president
--if you lose again, you now can retire with the hordes of cash you piled up while infringing.
