"Professor", you should consider asking someone from the law faculty to explain the Bill of Rights and also 47 USC 230 to you. If you want free speech go climb a tree in a public park and exercise it there. You have no such right on private property.

As far as your alleged banishment from multiple sites and boards, it is apparent that the common denominator can be found in your mirror.

There is no practical limit on the number of forums where persons can discuss stocks or just about any other subject matter. There is nothing prevent you from adding forums to your own site and showing the rest of the world how it should be done. However; it's far easier for you to attack the very sites that are enabling the exchange of information, likely as no more than a means to advertise your "good" name.

Any fool can criticize and most fools do.
