Good morning, willy. Accounting is by no means my area of expertise, but I'll take a shot at answering your question.

As Pixelmags is, reportedly, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPCL, revenues earned by Pixel would be included on the SPCL consolidated balance sheet. This would imply a value to SPCL, which, in turn, should translate to a certain pps for the SPCL stock.

Of course, that value remains unknown until SPCL files its financials, which we all continue to await.
