I was reading about cannabis oil extraction and valuations (by another company comparison) the numbers are nuts!
The maker of vaping products and edibles posted top line sales of approximately $100 million in 2016 and says it sells a product every nine seconds. Its busy lab creates over 1 million grams of concentrated cannabis oil a year and it buys 10 tons of marijuana a year. O***** *****s is the only cannabis company with products on the market in 10 states, including at 1,200 dispensaries.
^ Think on that, 1 million grams of cannabis oil ( 1 million grams x average $75 to $150 dollars a gram) = $75 to 150 Million Dollars per year!
--------
Think on this, from my research there are only 171 total cannabis oil extraction companies I can find listed! (some are very small)
USEI will be in the game - I like our odds!
Most cannabis oil extractors seem to be West coast (Colorado, Oregon, Washington, couple Nevada, and of course California)
------------
40 liters per day (a liter = 1000 grams/liquid ) so 40 liters per day = 40,000 grams/liquid -
Most concentrates cost around $50-100 per gram (though I've seen them as low as $35 and as high as $150).
----
So lets take the middle range, $75.00 per gram,
$75.00 x 40,000 grams/ = is that $3 Million Dollars
3 Xtractor machines = $9 Million per day concentrate oil
California new MJ market expected to be $7.6 to $10 billion per yr.
