Ill disagree with that. It would/should have been mentioned in the recitals if that was indeed the claim.

DBMM could have filed a 1 page document to become unreporting, then got their chit together, reupped, and avoided all this.

But Im sure they have a good reason, and its in the 'best interest's of shareholders.

Heck if they pay me all the shareholders best interest they owe me then Ill be able to buy the company just so I can fire Linda!
