How many real companies have you seen in the energy sector that have engaged in toxic financing - the answer is none.

How many public companies in the energy sector have you seen without any assets and are (this is the funniest) - pre-revenue?

Since you have been in the oil and gas business - please post your DD about MMEX.

How about a oil and gas company that has a big groundbreaking ceremony - over 3 months ago and didn't have the financing arranged.
